Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the website www.qissanect.com and the Qissanect mobile app (together, the "Service"), run by Qissanect ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy at www.qissanect.com/privacy-policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

The Service offers a library of copy-ready AI prompts, a directory of GPTs, an AI Content Generator and articles about AI tools. It's free and doesn't need an account. We may change, pause or stop any part of it at any time.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age to use online services in your country if that's higher. If you're under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission.

When you use the Service, you agree not to:

• break any law, or infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
• use the AI Content Generator to create content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually exploits minors, impersonates others, or is meant to deceive or cause harm;
• send spam, malware or misleading messages through our forms;
• scrape, overload or disrupt the Service, or try to get around its limits or security;
• access admin areas or accounts you aren't authorized to use.

The AI Content Generator uses Google's Gemini models. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, biased, or similar to content generated for other people. Review it before you use or publish it, and don't rely on it for medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.

We claim no ownership of the content you generate. You're responsible for how you use it, including making sure it doesn't infringe anyone's rights.

Please don't enter personal or confidential information into the generator.

The Service's design, text, graphics, logos and articles, and the selection and arrangement of its prompts, belong to Qissanect or its licensors.

You're welcome to copy individual prompts and use them in your own work; that's what they're for. You may not copy the libraries in bulk, republish our articles, or present our collections as your own without our written permission.

Names and trademarks of other products, such as ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude, belong to their owners. We aren't affiliated with or endorsed by them.

The Service links to tools and sites we don't control, such as custom GPTs on ChatGPT and tutorial videos. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we aren't responsible for their content or availability.

Admin accounts are for our team. If you have one, keep your password safe and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it. You can ask us to delete your account at any time at support@qissanect.com or through www.qissanect.com/contact.

If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them to improve the Service without owing you anything.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Qissanect isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or of AI-generated content. Our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (if anything) or USD 50.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be excluded.

We may suspend or end your access to the Service if you break these terms or misuse it. You can stop using the Service at any time.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date, and for significant changes we'll also give notice on the website or in the app. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated terms.
